Deliveries

Shipments within Sweden
We offer free shipping within Sweden. Orders are delivered via Postnord MyPack within 1-3 business days*. You will receive an e-mail when the package is ready for pick up at your local post center, if you left your mobile phone number you will also be notified via SMS.

All PostNord's services are environmentally certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

*Please note that the delivery time might be slightly longer during busy periods and holidays. 

Pick-up in store
You can also choose to pick up your order from our showroom on Linnégatan 41, Stockholm. The order is available for pick up immediately after order confirmation. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so directly in showroom. Good for both you and the environment!

International Shipments
Orders are delivered via Postnord, Fedex or DHL within 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. International shipping costs 120 SEK. Please note that you are financially responsible for additional VAT, custom duties or other charges by the customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Easy returns and exchanges
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days of delivery. You can also return or exchange items directly in our showroom on Linnégatan 41, Stockholm.

Exchanges
Exchanges within Sweden are FREE. All exchanges are subject to availability - you can choose to change your order for a different product, color or size as long as it is for the same price or less. Potential price differences will be refunded. 

Returns
We offer free returns within Sweden (International 120 SEK). Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return to the original purchaser’s credit card, Klarna account or Paypal account. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Items you wish to return have to be in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use our postage labels and delivery service.*  

*Note that for international returns additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

How to exchange/return an item:

  1. Fill in the return form and package it together with the items you wish to send back (please consider the environment and re-use our packaging if possible).
  2. Peel off the pre-paid return label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you remove or cover the original address label.
  3. Take the parcel to your collection point and send it to the address provided. Remember to ask for proof of postage.

Faulty items
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Background to updated privacy policy
The GDPR (Data Protection Ordinance) is a new EU regulation that will begin throughout the EU on 25 May 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). What is a personal task?
A personal data is all information that can be linked directly or indirectly to a living person. This means that the following are personal information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address, photograph etc.

 

What personal data does Kerber collect?
Kerber stores the personal data that you leave as a customer to Kerber in connection with an order. This includes name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, credit card details, other means of payment and also personal identification number for any credit check on invoice payment. This information is stored in order for us to manage your order, deliver your goods to the desired address, manage payment and any returns, swaps and complaints. If you accepted to receive Kerber's newsletter, Kerber will save your email address at the time of notification. If you have been to any of our stores and entered your email address to receive the receipt digitally, your email address will be stored.

 

Legal basis for processing of personal data
Kerber is processing personal data on the legal basis that it is necessary to comply with the parties' agreement. Kerber is also entitled to process the customer's address and other contact information for marketing purposes based on a balance of interest, where Kerber, as long as you do not oppose it, considers that its interest in marketing its products and services contemplates your integrity.

 

Shelf life
If you subscribe to Kerber's newsletter, your personal information will be saved in one (1) year after you cancel your subscription, provided that no purchase is made during that time. Kerber saves your information as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill Kerber's commitments to you in the individual case. Your data will never be stored longer than permitted by applicable personal data law.

 

To the extent that Kerber according to law or government regulations is required to save data for a longer period than stated above, the information is stored accordingly.

 

Your rights as a customer

Right to information:
Whenever you require, we (Kerber) will provide the information of what personal information we have saved about you.

 

Right to rectification:
If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may want to have them corrected or deleted.

 

Right of deletion:
You may request us to delete your personal information. We can not delete your data as there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts.
However, as a customer, you should know that a request for data removal or limitation of processing of personal data may cause your ability to use Kerber services to be limited or completely omitted.

 

Data portability:
You may ask us to transfer your personal information from our IT environment to another, either another company or to you. This does not apply to information that the law requires us to keep.

 

Withdraw consent:
You may revoke your consent at any time to let us use the information for marketing purposes.

 

Complaint:
You may file a complaint with the Data Inspectorate if you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of the Data Protection Ordinance.

 

What does the data inspection do and when do you contact them?
The Data Inspectorate is responsible for monitoring the application of the legislation. Anyone who considers that a company / organization / authority handles personal information improperly may file a complaint to the Data Inspectorate regardless of relationship.
